What are some unique ways to use Pillsbury croissants?

Just bought a 40 pack from Costco... don't ask me why. I was wondering how to make some little bite sized snacks, because all I can't think of is put some cheese in the middle.

If you do this with the brie, don't forget to add some fruit jam or preserves on top of the brie but inside the croissant wrap before you bake it. It takes it to a whole other level of delicious.

I suggest you take an egg yolk (only) and beat it, then brush the yolk over the top of it. It gives it a really nice golden brown color.
